Company treats me right. My management chain is all about ensuring my group has the right tools and knowledge to do the job.

Cons

Nearly no positions in the New Orleans area so I have to leave the company once this contract is over.

Cons

HR is not very negotiable on salary when doing inside job changes or promotions.

Pros

Everyday benefits are above average. Many "extra" benefits such as reduced cell contracts, negotiated discounts with American automobile manufactures, huge discounts with rental car agencies and travel discounts to name just a few.

Cons

No different then any other job. I have been fortunate to work with a good number of great co-workers. I have only experienced a few that are difficult to work with and none of them were managers.
