Old tech and methodologies. Lots of people that like to talk and sound like they know what they are talking about because they think everyone is as full of it as them. But those that do know can spot the bs. For example, I showed some guy what I was working on, he told me he didn't understand my code because he was a C# guy. I told him my code was C# and he replied: "oh! I thought you said you said you where using .Net". Go figure. By the way, the guy pay grade is above mine and I am a Snr Software Engineer. Poor guy is not even able to pseudo code himself out of a paper bag. Shows how missed used the title is.
