Pros
If you will devote yourself to your program, you can do great things at Lockheed. But you must be very careful to get as many details as possible prior to accepting an offer. DO NOT accept any sign on bonus with a repayment longer than 12 months. Consider this a warning.
Cons
Lockheed has so many layers of politics and internal fighting that you will get caught in between. If it's not different locations fighting for seniority its different programs fighting for what you can and cannot fix because of color of money.
