Business Outlook
Pros
It's a great company with great benefits and flexibility. I fear however that they are starting to lower salaries and will remove flexibility soon and I'd encourage them to not do that. They might think it might help but it will just make people less productive.
Cons
Management is often out of touch with development and production.
