Good pay, good people, unique and exciting program opportunities. The benefits are very nice as well. The pay is above average and working a 4x10 schedule is the best. PTO is above average and the bonuses are fairly good.

Cons

Very very fast paced. If you're working 40 hours a week you're doing the very bare minimum.
