Pros
Reliable company where high level management cared as much about their employees as they do their clients/customers and the bottom line. The company adapts well to the changing economic and environment. The lower management is super! Never had a bad thing to say about any of my managers. Of course, all were former military, as I, who knew how to manage.
Perks were as good as the government laws would allow. Many clients also extended significant discounts to LM employees, i.e. Dell, General Motors, etc.
Benefits were as good or better than competitors. Education benefits were great.
Corporate ethics were the same from top to bottom, "High Standards"
Cons
As in all BIG corporations there are problems, lay-offs, etc.
