      Good Life-Work balance, Hybrid work (on site once a week). Management is flexible and open to new ideas.

      Currently going through a process of modernization for technology and processes, can be confusing sometimes.

      Pros

      Management and direct report were postivie and supportive. Corporation has a whole valued ethics, zero retaliation for unethical reporting. Valued me for my technical contributions and offered technical challenges to overcome.

      Cons

      Not everyone in the company valued ethics and a positive peer work environment. I had a program manger re-assigned because the individual kept operational information from contract sponsor. Individual was reassigned and a new program manager was assigned to our group.
