Pros
With the contract I was on, access to really interesting military aircraft and systems.
Cons
They start you as contract labor at a competitive salary. If they move you to LM proper the pay is lowered. That's right, LOWERED. They know they "got you" so it's bait and switch. High turnover. Unless you are an engineer, test pilot or management they treat you worse than a porn theater janitor. You will always be a very small fish in a very large pond there. It got so bad I left without another job in place first. Only place I worked at worse than this was wackenhut.
