Pros
LM offers the best benefit package around and treats its staff well. With a large amount of work at many locations they offer wonderful mobility. The work is engaging and you will definitely learn the process that allows LM to achieve such high standards of quality and success to their customers.
Cons
There is an overreliance on the process at times, this can be a problem on smaller more agile contracts. LM suffers from the same entropy of any large company, innovation often loses out to process and "not invented here" mentality. LM needs to work on crafting a true culture of innovation, inclusion, and improvement.
