      Pros

      Overall, the company has a wide portfolio of security capabilities. There are facilities throughout the world. There are many opportunities for cutting edge research and development.

      Cons

      The current management has not lived up to the mantra of "full-spectrum leadership" The mission (never forget who we are working for) and the lack of value of the individual employee has made it an awful place to work

      There are a lot of politics, the company is moving away from pension program, there are continuous mistakes being made and then rebuilding.
