You get the choice of a standard work week, 9 day fortnight or 4 day week. Lots of very interesting projects and lots to learn.

Cons

Slow start to the job with somewhat little direction for the first month or two.

Very stable, no layoffs while I was there. Decent support for young professionals, including grad school funding and rotational programs.

Cons

Pay is a little below average for software engineering. Had to get a security clearance, which took about a year.
