-Sometimes there's not much to do, then there's a lot to do or vice versa. Basically pacing could use some improvement. This problem existed before the Covid-19 epidemic and will likely exist as long as Lockheed Martin exists as a company.
-The heads of corporate do feel like a separate entity from us, so there are instances where HQ's words from Colorado feel a bit hollow.
-Moving up the corporate ladder feels really hard to do unless if you have at least a Master's Degree. If you only have a Bachelor's Degree, you'll likely stay at the same position for your career.
-Growth doesn't feel like a priority at here. My conversations with several employees indicate that they were satisfied at staying at their current employment despite there not being much growth. There is an ELDP program and they do have partnerships with some colleges, but my co-workers indicated that these programs aren't as useful as using the reimbursement program to fund your own Master's Degree studies.
