Pros
The company is established, so it offers great job security. They do a great job trying to make sure employees as satisfied and that employees are in a position that they want to be in.
Cons
The obvious cons are that they have a difficult time competing with many of the "attractive" silicon valley firms in terms of benefits, and workplace environment. It's a combination of experienced engineers and younger "millennial" engineers. Thus, the workplace is a very corporate environment
