      Great Flexibility, Pay, and Projects

      Pros

      LM has fair pay, interesting projects/work, and has great flexibility. The flexibility is amazing for those who don't have interest in working beyond 40 hours each week, and the 4/10 or 9/80 schedules allow you to flex your hours week-to-week. They provide the option for having every other Friday off via the 9/80, or having every Friday off with the 4/10 schedule.

      Cons

      Certain projects are pushed more than others, so at times it can feel you're being pushed towards a role that isn't a great fit for you. I've only experienced this with a select few leaders, but is still important to keep your own career aspirations and interests in mind at the end of the day.

      Job Security, Transfer Options, Large Company, Able to go negative-borrow PTO

      Cons

      Crappy annual raises. Didn't have bonuses for level 1 or 2. Management didn't care about employees. HR did not handle a situation well.
