I can't recommend working here for anyone who has ambition
Pros
- Lots of paid time off near the holidays - It isn't impossible to switch teams
Cons
- There is absolutely no culture at this company. The company values are a joke and seem to be something they came up with in order to check a box - There's a lot of turnover especially in the younger demographic. It's hard to keep young talent when you put them in a cube that seemingly hasn't been cleaned since 1980 and skimp on compensation - If you stay there too long, you'll get stuck in the defense black hole since you won't learn anything transferrable to other industries - Promotions are based on time spent at the company. It doesn't matter if you've performed at the next level for an extended period of time, and it's documented in your yearly review.
