Frequent use of the phrases ("That's not my problem", "I don't like that person, I'm not helping that team). - No use of modern collaboration tools, still communicating back and forth through miles long email threads in 2018. - Rampant nepitism everywhere. Can be a fun excercise to trace a whole family lineage. - if your lead doesn't understand how a tool can benefit a project they won't take the time to learn.
