Pros
Good 401k and CAP if you are lucky enough to get hired under the good ledger. Salary is competitive with other companies. Three weeks vacation plus two weeks of floating holiday, again if on the good ledgers. Good work life balance
Cons
Horrible Health plan, not much attention give to new hires. A lot of jealousy exist since many people have effectively pigeonholed themselves and are constantly on edge about being replace. Company does not care about there employees it seems, there one an only goal is to raise the stock price and whatever will do that, they will do.
