Good company to work for with great benefits and PTO. Salary was excellent for the location that I worked (cape Canaveral). Management was good except...

Cons

My only complaint was that much of the work I did could have been done from home to save me a long drive to work but upper management seemed to have a phobia about employees not being seen at the office. The times I was able to work from home I got much more done.

Lockheed Martin hires a good amount of fresh college grads, and is a great way to start a career. I liked the people I worked with, and everyone was nice.

Cons

The work can be a bit repetitive or not as exciting as other jobs.
