      Learn a lot right of college. Good benefits and decent pay. Work from home 3 day weekend Good 401k contribution

      Nice Place to work, but everything becoming about race

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. It's cool seeing the jets in the factory and watching them fly. Lots of good people who work there and I've made several friends.

      Cons

      Over the last year, it seems everything has become more and more about race. It's very off-putting and makes me worried about the future of national security. For some reason, there have been zero open positions in supply chain since 2020, so upward mobility has essentially stopped within the department.
