      Pros

      Rank and file employees are good prople and very hard working. 9/80 schedule.

      Cons

      Management is intimidated by anyone who has an idea to improve processes and productivity. Employee morale is low, specifically within the supply chain. The good ole' boy network is prominent and this is reflected within the lack of cultural diversity amongst management. Technology is far behind standards in other organizations.
