The have a 9/80 work week and flex time. You can usually get your personal stuff done and work without to much conflict. The compensate on overtime.

Cons

sometimes there is mandatory overtime which can be excessive at times

Pros

Great life/work balance. Not strict on what time people show up, as long as they are there for the "core hours". These are from 9am-3pm. Get to see aircraft take off, land, and I support the control room for missions.

Cons

Promotions come every so often. They say budget is an issue. Edwards AFB is pretty far from a lot of people. I wish they would help out with gas.
