Pros
Amazing technology is at your fingertips! I started as a new college grad and entered the Engineering Leadership Development Program, which allows me to rotate to multiple positions around the company. There are lots of great challenges and opportunities for the motivated. Higher education is encouraged and management will need replacement in the next few years, so there are multiple opportunities in the corporation for rapid advancement. Yes, it is a big, slow defense company, but the work life balance is good and your have lots of opportunities to learn new things.
Cons
None really, you can't access gmail or have a cell phone in some of the buildings. depends on your manager really.
