Stable company Good internal processes and reviews Interesting, high impact work

Cons

Smaller projects can be over managed internally like they are Billion Dollar programs Glass ceiling for non management engineering track (although the ceiling is pretty high) Review process is locally averaged so a team of high achievers cannot all be highly reviewed Depending on the job or program a huge workload / hours is expected and not appreciated as above and beyond
