Pros
Very interesting work across the company, great flexible work weeks (4x10s are the most common granted that you aren't working in production), better benefits/PTO than competitors, competitive pay for engineers.
Cons
Things can move incredibly slow due to the sheer size of the company - working for a larger program on the production side, often I didn't have control over my schedule and would be working off hours (which is fine), but I would rarely feel appreciated or recognized for doing so. The quality of the management between groups can vary dramatically, and often I found myself on teams with managers overextended on multiple projects without time for my team, leading to poor planning and lack of clear direction on tasks.
