Pros

Great benefits. Large company provides room to move up within the company. All kinds or support resources are available. Has mature processes structure.

Cons

Work is tied to programs, so when a program nears its end then you need to find other work. This fine if there are other programs at the same site, otherwise you'd have to move. I've had to move twice and now again it is time to find work elsewhere. Managers tend to favor some and so they give them what work there is, not necessarily qualification based.

Pros

Company is excellent to work at, but personal growth is often times left aside to get task completed for daily operations. The work life balance seems to be really reasonable compared to others I have talked with in other companies

Cons

Company does not look at building upper level staff employees. Currently all attention is given to new hires. Rewards for success are not shared with the entire team. Mostly with only the persons who had minimal inputs to the product.

Pros

Work life balance is excellent with flexible holidays, hour structure, and leave schedules. Tremendous resources to spread best practices in the company. Good checks and balances in the management structure.

Cons

Although the checks and balances can protect employees from an individual abusive manager, those managers are also protected as well. The process needs to put greater scrutiny on those with greater authority.
