Pros

Pay is low but benefits are great, especially considering the fact that LM matches up to 10% for 401k. There is great talent at LM. If you work OT Fri-Sun (assuming you are on the 4/10 schedule), you get paid for OT. The 4/10 schedule is also nice.

Cons

Not a lot of recognition is given since on some programs, they can be inundated with a lot of people. There is a lot of pressure placed on the engineers who produce results on deliverables. Unrealistic timeframes are given to complete difficult tasks. The pay could be better. It can sometimes be difficult to get moved to a different project. If you're good at your job, you end up feeling stuck.
