      Pros

      A company on the forefront of technological innovation. Great hard working and passionate and mostly nice people. Great opportunity to grow as a professional.

      Cons

      Like any big organization, the structures are rigid and change comes slow. There are many levels of management, therefore sometimes it's hard to get the information to the correct people in the upper management.

      Started as an Intern. Loved the experience, you learn a lot in both technical and management areas. Room to grow.

      Cons

      A little below average salary for competing against other defense companies. Lot of red tape. People like to take their time
