Great management (zero micromanagement in my line), ability to work at own pace and schedule own meetings, projects, etc. Lots of travel opportunity in current role and plenty of options for growth within the company using tuition reimbursement, paid IT certification courses (and tests!) and leadership development programs. Never had PTO denied.

HDHP that costs $400/month for just two people with a huge deductible and out of pocket max
Current salary is much lower than similar positions at competing companies in the area. Attempts to renegotiate salary with HR fail as they will say no even with evidence to backup claims.
