It’s nearly impossible to get promoted without jumping around though and it is necessary if you want a raise. But, health benefits leave a lot to be desired. It can be frustrating to work here at times due to unrealistic expectations from leadership. Corporate red tape and leadership will always hold back exceptional talent. All diversity initiatives have been canceled, due to recent executive orders which hasn’t helped with what was already a fairly strong monoculture.

It’s the largest defense contractor hence things are a bit slow even though we are working on big things because we work around a feeling of unlimited money to work with
