HR and paper work heavy. CYA is a must. Medical benefits are a dissapointment. High deductible plans no PPO. Other than that, its a cake walk.

Pay is lacking, incredible bureaucratic work, opportunities are HEAVILY based on seniority, workloads can be hefty depending on the team.

Management is all over the place in some departments. Senior workers won't retire and barely want to contribute.

Some sites are located in middle of nowhere. If you are young and single, choose to work at bigger site close to city. Office politics/gossip are insane at another level in smaller site.

Sick time comes out of your vacation time, so I hope you don't catch covid :( That's a week out of your vacation fund easy. Training is vague and tailored to the whole of the company rather than your specific areas. Most people do not have time in their schedules to bring new hires up to speed, either.
