Pros

If you work hard, have decent people skills, and know your stuff, Lockheed is a great place to work. Competitive salary, treated like an adult, etc. Very low turnover or chance for a layoff in most sectors within the company.

Cons

Not a real downside, but high expectations and sometimes the company can be bureaucratic and slow, but that is to be expected.

Pros

Excellent environment to start or end career. Able to innovate and become a lead or team player in a fast paced development aerospace environment.

Cons

Management needs to keep valuable talent from leaving or during layoffs.

Pros

No hybrid or wfh model, very old school and traditional mindset. Coworkers will step on you to move up, it’s sad really. Layoffs layoffs layoffs

Cons

Old way of business and way of thinking, the TA gave up on trying to find a role for me

Pros

- Pretty flexible schedule and usually only have to work 40-50 hours (depending on the program) - Entire week off for a holiday shutdown in December - Remote 95% of the time

Cons

- Lost a lot technically talented people within the last two years and more tenure people are having to carry the burden - Pretty understaffed but still going through layoffs (excuse me, "RIF"s) - Pay isn't great - Pigeonholing yourself into the defense industry
