Large company, hard to move within

Slow to promote, limited executive level positions, lower pay compared to direct competitors.

It's kind of the middle of the road between higher-paying, higher-stress jobs (like in tech) and lower-paying, more rewarding jobs (like... I don't know actually). It's' good but I'm not that passionate about it.

Department is a boys club, if you’re not in the “boys club” you get casted out and bullied.

Management always changing, can get boring.

really low pay compare to other company

The union runs everything here. Management has a hard time holding people accountable because it is more likely they will get fired than the union represented employee.
