4 - 10 hour shifts 3 day weekends, Overtime is offered most weekends. Management is very laid back and everyone is helpful and nice.
Cons
Starting pay is low. Same/similar problems often re-occur. Corporate mindset.

Good benefits, 401k is awesome, PTO/Sick time rolled together (4 weeks/year), whole week Christmas-New years off,

Depending on the program/team, you may be worked super hard. No way to tell though. I've heard some of the other prime contractors pay more (can't confirm)

Overall is one of the best companies I've ever worked for as far as benefits. Great PTO time great contribution to your IRA and great pay.
Cons
Many times the people that I work with can be quite irritating and immature. Plus there's people there to continually cause scrap and reworking for some reason they let them stay there. As a member of the quality department this is quite aggravating.

Pay scale is good for the area. Supervision give you the freedom to self direct in most cases.
Cons
Training is minimal. Living under competing goals with very little guidance from supervision.
