Pros
Very flexible working, really good at trusting their people to work autonomously, as long as you put in your hours and get everything done they are pretty relaxed about when and where you do it, creates a good culture. Compensation is very competitive, good pay, decent pension, plus private health with lots of options to get extra benefits for minimal cut from salary.
Cons
The same cons as any massive multinational corporation - somewhat rigid bureaucracy, sometimes have to jump through hoops to get things done.

Pay is good and the location was favorable.
Cons
No support from management. Nepotism. Cronyism. Weak management that won't challenge the abuses by DEI Hires. Two sets of rules, one for regular folks and one for DEI Hires. Walked into a job with no turn-over.

10% employer contributions to 401k if employee contributes 8%. 6% if employee contributes 0%. Flexibility with remote work where it makes sense. Leadership is pushed to focus on employee careers.
Cons
Can be very busy. Everything is "hot" and needed asap.
