Cons

Quality of the work experience can differs greatly between sub-companies and locations. Value of the mature workforce often referred to as a necessary burden rather than a valued commodity. Efficient at testing workforce towards interns and early career engineers.

Office is terrible and in terrible shape. They don’t even give you coffee. Gotta buy your own k cups and cream. Pay is awful.

There is nothing positive in Albuquerque location

Cons

This site has high turnover because of the management (hostile work environment). they lie about benefits, there no flex time, and they required a lot of after hours work without any extra pay. it seems they get people stuck with signing bonus so the new hires would stay one year commitment as nobody stayed. Stay away if you looking for healthy work place
