Pros

Hourly rate is average or above average and ok benefits.

Cons

Unsafe, overworked, understaffed, and doesn't work with your schedule. You will be asked to stay over, work multiple departments, perform duties that are meant for multiple people.

Pros

Monday thru Friday with flexible shifts. No daily check in... or interfence from managment, do the job and they will trust you to do it. 80% of the day is out of the stores, on the road checking in at customer psi projects (mileage payout is like a weekly bonus!)

Cons

Very minimal training when it came to practical, realistic need to knows. Hard to have the same sort of support system and camaraderie you find in stores. The posisition is confusing to store staff and you are bombarded with requests outside of the position.
