Excellent team mates, no individual KPIs

Cons

A store being left behind the 21st century, head office can't adapt to changes in the retail market and don't stock appropriate sizing. We turned away every third customer because we couldn't stock their size. My store smelled bad due to never changing the carpet. We weren't given 10 minute breaks until I called fairwork.

There isn't any as management only care about them selfs

Cons

Management is a joke. They used their employees then get rid of them. There is no job security. If regional manager spent more time looking after staff then lining their own pockets it would be a better place to work. They wouldn't know what staff go throu on a daily basis and the work staff do. All they do is sit o their buts on their laptops or turn up at stores and try and make it sound like they know what they are talking about, when they really have no idea

Some of the team members were very nice and we are now good friends.

This was a toxic work environment. Management was avoidant and aggressive, not constructive.
