Broad range of products, very intelligent employees, flexible work hours, good pay, very interesting work.

Cons

Layoffs. Every other quarter top management decides to cut valuable employees to meet projected revenue numbers. Continued cuts to benefits which affect mid to lower tier employees, not upper management. Absolutely no loyalty to the employees, none.

CEO is Trump-like troll. Blames everyone except himself and scape-goats his own team. Terrible tone at the top.

Pros

Benefits are average. Lots of experienced co workers who are very knowledgeable. People really step up and try to help each other, despite managements attempt to silo every group from each other.

Cons

Management gets in the way. Too many processes that slow down the ability to deliver to the customer. Management is clueless as to how things really get done and just end up being an obstacle to work around.
