Great technology, talented engineering core, small yet contains all support and functional groups including research and development.

Cons

Short term financial focus, company management and direction seems to be shifting with new acquisition. Employees at the operations level working very hard and some training and retention issues.

Pros

Very talented and brilliant people. The only reason anything every gets done correctly is because the workers are usually more brilliant than management is inept.

Cons

Management is inept, narcissistic, unaware of the issues their employees face, and instead of giving people the tools they need to do their jobs, management just says "work smarter not harder". HR has no interest in trying to resolve any issues with management. I suspect that many of the positive reviews given here are just planted by HR.

HR Department needs to look at Resumes and put in departments that fit there work history!! Not just fill holes, and be upfront about mandatory overtime!! Not keep it secret until your hired!! Very unhappy workers! Like a walking dead factory!! Miss managed and terrible communication!! And not giving exit interviews is pretty rare? If you ask me its rotten!! They need to clean house and get it back to the way it was!! This place is a joke!!
