Cons

There is a lot of work to do and we have to re-prioritize a lot. Can be frustrating to not focus and finish some activities.

Pros

Fantastic projects and great customers. My work has always been, and continues to be challenging, rewarding and most often fun. Company is growing both from current customers and by new acquisitions that bring even more opportunity for employees.

Cons

Work load is heavy. New engineers are great but are a burden to train. Its getting better but will take time. I think of it as 'growing pains'.
