It's Great to Be Needed!

Customer new projects are great and growing! With the economy still bad for so many people, it is wonderful to have so much to do, and the projects are more exciting than ever. Having been an engineer at MTS for a while (!), I never get tired of the projects. The customers and the engineers I get to work with every day make it fun to get up in the morning.

Cons

Too many tasks make it hard to feel like you are doing your job well. We have a lot of new engineers being hired, but it takes a while to get them up to speed. I see improvements every month now. Needs to keep going.

Pros

Sales are strong and the work is very interesting. The new engineers are really starting to make a difference. With our customers ordering our products and services expanding, I have not felt this good about the future in a long while. It is very exciting!

Cons

Still a lot of work to do. Our processes are still inefficient in areas and the new people have a lot to learn, but we are getting there!
