Nice location/facility Decent Pay co-workers are great to work with

New management change over in the last few years in IT has been horrible. No direction, no spending, unobtainable goals. They work against you instead of with you. They are all in their same circle because they all came from another company. If you weren't with them at that company, you aren't in their circle and they will try and push you out.

Benefits and perks but now that the company was bought out who knows if they still offer the same perks.

Cons

Management will throw you under the bus to cover their own butt. California guys are over worked with no support. Watch out for little groups that prey on new hires they don’t approve of. Trainers will discourage you.

Good 401k match and PTO if you're there long enough. Most of the people are decent enough to work with.

Cons

Don't expect to have a life outside of work. They pull you into multiple fundraising events annually, work outings, and give you demerits if not maintained. Be prepared to work while you sleep.
