Pros

Opportunities to develop new processes and work on a variety of projects. Everyone has been friendly and helpful (in my dept. and in others). I feel that I'm contributing everyday and making a positive impact to the business. I've got no complaints.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any that would make me regret joining the company. If I had any concerns, I do feel that doors are open and I'd be welcomed to ask questions. Every company has it's challenges but overall it's been great.

Pros

The work done here is great! The engineering solutions they come up with are interesting and technical. The pay was really good compared to some of my friends' and classmates' .

Cons

When developing something new, there is no hesitation to sell it again even at a reduced profit margin to get the sale, even if that something new hasn't been fully developed and tested to completion.
