Great products and people, good company, used to be a great company

Cons

Management is focused on short term profits. They just laid off another 80 people to prop up poor stock performance. They just got rid of a great VP, sales are down, profits are worse.

Cool products and customers, finally started updating the building and bathrooms

Toxic culture (...heard they forced engineering to come to office during COVID-19 crisis), constant layoffs every few years for no good reason, No innovation and continue to rely on old product design, no long term vision/strategy, dated processes/procedures, etc...
