Pros

I have worked here for over 15 years and have seen a lot of changes. Overall, it has been a good place to work. I have had very supportive managers.

Cons

With the buyout by ITW, a lot of long-term employees are choosing to retire or leave the company leaving the average experience level pretty low. It feels unsteady to have so much knowledge gone and inexperienced folks trying to fill their shoes.

I enjoyed the people I worked with.

Cons

CEO had no idea what he was doing. Focus was ONLY on shareholder value, zero value on employee happiness. The guy didn’t even understand why a good website was necessary as a company that SOLD PRODUCTS.

Technology, products, customers, co-workers. It was a wonderful place to work!

Cons

It was clear that it was being starved of investment as we all know now for the sale of the company. It was frustrating to go through.
