Benefits were good but typical for a large company

Cons

Company does not have an on-boarding process for new employees. Managers do not talk to employees about growth in the company. Route times, quality, and safety are measured against individual employees and is used in their review and that is all that is important.

I enjoyed the people I worked with.

Cons

CEO had no idea what he was doing. Focus was ONLY on shareholder value, zero value on employee happiness. The guy didn’t even understand why a good website was necessary as a company that SOLD PRODUCTS.
