Compensate and the Geoff Graves bike parking building! Rode scholar to learn from! Huge pro - running Becker back to the horse farm! Killed sales with his dream of being his own CEO!

Cons

Leadership most worried about their offices - not employees. HR department has the highest turnover of the whole company. Next lay-off must be in planning stage (been a few weeks since the last). Corporate compliance - bahahaha - listen to that mouth! New CEO was a board member the whole time stock value kept decreasing! He will keep stock price down for day traders!

No loyalty to employees Ambiguously "legal" labor practices Furloughed, fired, or cut hours of workers during the pandemic to "cut costs" while continuing to hire new staff Absolutely no cross-departmental communication or collaboration, everyone does their own thing Have forced people into retirement for cost reasons or because of their health issues, even if this is not the official reason given No opportunity to advance due to middle management's complete disconnection and lack of investment in employee success
