New operations management just beats the drum harder and tries to squeeze out productivity from a procedure ridden company structure. The real issues of the company are not being addressed: under staffing of engineers and designers, late deliveries, employee training, hindering procedures, and low morale. Used to be a great place to work, now is turning into a barren wasteland of staff on edge, projects not meeting target delivery dates, customer complaints, and lack of trust in middle and upper management.
