great place to work..most people i work with are friendly and know there product. most time with most employees we do feel like a family. when one of us are sick and just not right we all know that most of us care and will offer help to one another

Cons

middle management looks down on us and treats like children, very condesending. when a manage is out of work for vacation or day off..9 times out of ten the department runs smooth or smoother without the manager.

Merchandise Discount was the best thing. That, and the fact that you were there first for sales, and knew what items were going on clearance.

Cons

The hours and the customers. Also, the fact that associates were more competent than management. A dowside also is that with the discount you probably shop way too much.
