      If you're healthy, healthcare for an individual is paid for by the company. Have a good bonus and profit sharing plan. Have internal recognition program for employees to use for other employees.

      Cons

      90% of decisions are second-guessed throughout projects which causes project delays and cost overruns for scope changes.
